Perduk Vice President David is a Vice President of CB Richard Ellis in the San Diego, CA office specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant, net leased, and investment property nationwide. David holds a real estate license in California and Nevada and was formerly at JP Morgan Chase & Co. where he worked in the Treasury and Security Services Division as a Vice President specializing in the areas of cash management, debt and fixed income portfolio services. 	Claudia Loveland Senior Marketing Specialist Claudia came to CB Richard Ellis in 2005 with a background in residential real estate. Since then, Claudia’s real estate knowledge has expanded to include commercial real estate. With over six years of Market Research and Marketing experience in both commercial and residential real estate, her knowledge and background have proven to be a valuable asset to Greg Dalton´s team. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Claudia's primary responsibilities have been managing the due diligence and closing process, which often includes acting as the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, their legal counsel, lenders, and escrow agents. Her other responsibilities include property/market research and analysis, responding to property inquiries, and development and distribution of Greg Dalton´s team marketing tools and materials.
	Amy Amodio Marketing Assistant Amy has a background in administration in both property management and commercial real estate. Her experience and ambition to learn about Real Estate has helped her excel on Greg Dalton´s team. Since joining Greg Dalton´s team, Amy has assisted Greg Dalton, David Perduk and Claudia Loveland in their marketing procedures. Her other responsibilities include property/marketing research and analysis, management of the property photography process, responding to property inquires, due diligence support, development and distribution of Greg Dalton´s team marketing materials and updating all of our marketing websites on a weekly basis.
